The North Shore Wellness Experience is a one-day gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and explore holistic wellness in a way that actually feels good.
The day moves through intentionally designed spaces — sound healing, guided workshops, nervous system education, and restorative sessions — with holistic providers, movement specialists, and wellness educators from the North Shore community all under one roof. It's less like a traditional expo and more like a mini retreat. A space to ask questions, discover new tools, and connect with people who get it, without pressure or overwhelm.
