This session is a space to stop processing from the neck up and start feeling what is actually true. Through live channeled guidance and energetic insight, we go beneath the story you have been telling yourself and straight to what your system already knows — the patterns underneath, the emotion that has not had anywhere to go, and the clarity that has been waiting there the whole time. You will not leave with more to think about. You will leave feeling different. What to expect: You share what you are navigating and what you want to feel instead — I tune into what is underneath it, translating the patterns, blocks, and truths your system is ready to hold into clear, practical language — a grounding practice to help you release what you came in carrying and reconnect to your own steadiness — and simple anchors to take with you so the clarity does not disappear the moment life gets loud again. If you are thinking "I should be able to figure this out on myself..." Most of the people I work with are capable, self-aware, and used to being the one who holds everything together. That is exactly why this session works for them. When you are already running the show for everyone else, pushing harder does not create clarity. It just creates more noise. This is not about fixing you. Nothing is broken. Cancellation Policy
Welcome! I’m excited to work with you. Please review the following policies that apply to ensure we have clear expectations. 1. Rescheduling and Cancellations - If you have to reschedule or cancel a session, kindly offer 24-hour notice! 4. Refunds and Transfers - Make a request within 48H for a full refund, no questions asked. - After 48H, packages are available for a prorated refund. 2. Payment Terms - Payment is due in full before the first session or as agreed upon. - Payments can be made via Venmo @channeledconnection, cash, check, stripe, or paypal. 3. Confidentiality - Your privacy is deeply respected. Everything shared in our sessions is held in confidence, with the exception of situations where I am legally required to disclose information to prevent harm to yourself or others. - By joining a small group session, you acknowledge that personal questions or experiences shared during the circle may be heard by other participants, and you agree to hold their shares with the same respect and confidentiality you would want for your own. 4. Communication and Availability - I am available for email or text support between sessions if you have any questions or need guidance. - Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during business hours.
