Embrace the Stillness: Rediscover the Joy of Being Present



Feel the stillness in your heart, Dear Friend. That sense that there’s nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Nowhere to rush to. This is more of what your human family could truly benefit from. It’s no longer the time of running around, rushing from one thing to the next. This goes for your internal system too. Let go of the monkey mind. When you truly release your attachment to your thoughts, you’ll remember how incredibly good it feels to be still. To be here, now. In the moment. Instead of chasing the next one – your life will come to you. Can you imagine? You appear to be moving forward as you accomplish and do and swing from one task to the next yet, some part of you is running. Running on a program of “never enough.” Never enough done. Never enough accomplished. You judge your human so deeply by their productivity. You compare and judge yourself into internal knots. To what end? Come back. Come back to the moment. Find presence. Remember how good it feels. Don’t treat it like another chore. The time is here, now. Nothing else ever existed. The future has not evolved yet because you, Dear Friend, are the one creating it. Yes, you are really that powerful. So, slow down. Embrace the moment. Don’t look at it as another thing to do. Find a way to enjoy it. Go for a walk, sip tea, write, or simply just breathe. Don’t do it because you feel you’re supposed to. Don’t do it because you know you should. Do it because of how incredibly good it feels. You will find so much delight and knowing that life will come to you. Creation will unfold. And you will be there for every moment of it.
